At Myra, we want you to feel completely confident and happy with your ring. That’s why we offer a 30-day replacement policy to ensure you receive exactly what you love.
Here’s how it works:

Eligibility: If there's any issue with your order – such as incorrect size, wrong item received, or a manufacturing defect – you're eligible for a replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Free Resizing: We offer complimentary resizing if the ring doesn't fit you perfectly. Our team will guide you through the simple process.

Replace with Another Ring:

If you wish to exchange your ring for another design:

If the new ring is of equal or higher value, you can simply pay the difference.

If the new ring is of lower value, the balance amount will be added to your Myra store credits, which you can use on any future purchase.

Conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Replacement request must be raised within 30 days of delivery.
